		<description>I would imagine that US Embassy employees&#039; movements are restricted to prevent a constant string of hostage situations. I would expect that to be true at many US Embassies.

The Israeli passport stamps are so important symbolically that I doubt they care if it actually prevents anyone from entering the country.
